Where the story began

Daoudi Factory for Engineering Equipment was founded in Bethlehem in 1960. Its earliest years were spent in the Bab Al-Deir area, near the Water Authority, where the factory developed its industrial practice and a focus on bakery and dough-processing machinery.

A move that marked a new chapter

In 1979, operations moved to the industrial area of Beit Jala, today known as Al-Doha, near the Traffic Department. The move provided a new base for the continuation of the factory’s engineering and manufacturing work.

The work continues

The factory’s experience spans automated bakery ovens, dough proofers, dough sheeters and qatayef ovens. Its story is one of continuity: knowledge gained through making, adapting and serving the practical needs of bakeries.

More than six decades of Palestinian industrial experience.
